Join the Founding Flock

A SPECIAL INVITATION TO OUR NEIGHBOURS.

At Gubb & Galloon, we believe good farming begins with caring for what surrounds us — our hens, our woodland and our local community.

That's why we're introducing The Founding Flock.

An exclusive, limited weekly membership created for those closest to our farm. An invitation to become part of our journey from the very beginning.

GOOD FOOD. GOOD NEIGHBOURS.

We believe the relationship between a farm and its community is something worth protecting.

The Founding Flock is our way of celebrating that connection and giving our neighbours a special place in our story.

Because while our ambitions may reach beyond Cavan, our roots will always remain here.

PART OF OUR JOURNEY

A MEMBERSHIP FOR OUR NEIGHBOURS

An invitation extended exclusively to our local community, recognising the people and places closest to our farm.

The Founding Flock will remain deliberately small.

We believe meaningful relationships are built through care, attention and a commitment to doing things properly.

The same principles that guide how we care for our hens and the environment guide how we treat our neighbours.

This is about more than a weekly delivery of eggs.

It's about building a community around a shared belief that food can, and should, be produced differently.

Our Founding Flock is a limited invitation to those closest to our farm.

Join us from the beginning and enjoy a weekly delivery of woodland-raised eggs, with the freedom to choose what suits your household.

A small flock. A local community. A shared belief in doing things differently.
